Position Responsibilities:

Carestream Health is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to join our team.   • Maximize sales by managing the Regional Channel partners and achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas
  • Manage partnership plan with major dealers to drive sales in agreed target markets and to maximize revenue and margin
  • Train dealer salespeople to sell targeted imaging systems, providing tools, price books, promotions, and teaching consultative sales techniques
  • Enable Channel partner quoting
  • Assure smooth flow of orders and support to assure Channel partner and end user satisfaction
  • Maintain Channel partner contracts

Manage geography to minimize Channel conflict but thoroughly cover market

Required Skills & Education:

Must have 3+ years of medical imaging capital equipment industry experience
Technical knowledge of X-ray rooms adequate to advice on configurations to meet customer requirements
Ability to sell across the entire Channel portfolio to dealer executives, sales and support people
with familiarity of major imaging dealers in the Region
Familiarity with Medical Imaging technology and environment, especially digital imaging Xray rooms.  Ability to learn to demonstrate key products such as DR upgrades and portable DR system.
Strong relationship management  skills to maintain relationships with existing dealers, and to recruit new dealers in areas needing more partners
Strong presentation skills
Business management skills to manage complex dealer relationships, drive accurate forecast which meets goals
Self-motivated, ability to work independent of close direct supervision
Ability to plan sales strategies , manage Channel partner contracts
Ability to manage sales in large area within the central region
Great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with executive level customers

Previous documented experience in a Channel Sales role in Digital Imaging, or a Capital Medical Device setting

Must reside within he assigned Region

Desired Skills:

Previous Channel Partner success in the Hospital and Medical Imaging setting.
