Position Responsibilities:
• Focus on resolving customer’s issues to their complete satisfaction.
• Resolve the problems both remotely and in the field to the customers delight.
• Solves the customer’s problem the first time.
• Focuses in on break fix problems with the support of the COE team.
• Delivers solution to the customer and CSH on time and at the lowest cost possible.
• Adds knowledge articles to the Service knowledge management system.
• Establish good communications and relationship with customers.
• Present a professional image and promote customer confidence.
• Individual will contact customers, set up appointments, and communicate effectively during onsite visits.
• Responsible for parts ordering and management.
• Timely and effective repair of customer equipment.
• Follow escalation processes and communicate to the appropriate level regarding problem equipment or customer satisfaction issues.
• Ensures data integrity in call reporting, expense reporting and other administrative requirements.
• Diagnose/repair equipment according to established processes, documents, service manuals and software tools.
• Performs equipment maintenance/installation according to specifications.
• Performs systems verification in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Train and provide simple repair information to customers for operating their system
• Attain system/customer knowledge to maximize system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for assigned and back up accounts and for growing the service agreement business.
• Able to work on standby and respond to call outs after hours.
• Some territories may require extended travel and overnight stay.
• Continues to develop skills towards new technologies
Required Skills & Education:
- Electronic engineer or Biomedical Engineer
- English language > 80%
- Minimum one year of experience
