Position Summary:

The Service Parts Agent is responsible for processing customer orders for Service parts. Work closely with parts planning, warehouse, manufacturing, and suppliers in order to expedite parts and satisfy customer’s needs. They are responsible for handling all US&C and some WW customer, returns, credits, debits, account changes, complaints and issues
 

Position Responsibilities:

•    To process parts orders received from customer via an email /phone call / website
•    Maintain quality while placing the order considering high valuation of the parts
•    To run reports and keep trackers for follow up to avoid errors
•    To work closely with SME to have all admin procedures up to date
•    To respond and answer questions / requests from our internal and external customers in a timely manner – meeting and exceeding the response time frames
•    To work together with various teams such as field engineers / master data team / finance / warehouse to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled 
 

Required Skills & Education:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Min 2 - 3 years in SAP order management
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in handling inbound customer service calls
  • Monday to Friday 9 hours shift between 1730 and 0530 Mumbai time. Flexibility to work in night shift
