Assistant Manager - Applications CCS

Position Summary:

Application Specialist is responsible for leading Digital Radiography and Capture Radiography customer training and for optimizing Image Quality in regards of customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Also the person should have skill to handle equipment repair/troubleshooting

Position Responsibilities:

•Application Specialist acts as a bridge between sales & service team.
•He / she is technically sound in both the fields & therefore has to support both the teams.
•He / she is responsible for customer satisfaction particularly on the basis of digital radiography parameters.
•Provide timely support to sales & service team.
•Conduct trainings to sales & service teams to educate them on products.
•Resolve escalated issues of customers from field engineers.
•Manage service team and sales team.
•Manage product troubleshooting/Field activities

Required Skills & Education:

•B.Sc. Radiography / Biomedical Engineering or any technical degree
•3-4 year of work experience
•Good communication skills
•Good interpersonal skills
•Strong knowledge in radiology environment
•Good knowledge about human anatomy
•Good knowledge on parameters of good images
•Good computer knowledge
