Position Summary:

Job Summary: The US&C Marketing Specialist will be an integral part of the US&C region marketing team. This position is responsible for assisting with downstream marketing communications efforts in support of lead generation, brand awareness and sales team marketing support. They will be a main conduit from regional marketing to our dealer network for all content requests, communication of marketing programs and dealer requests. In addition, this role will assist managing region trade shows, webinars and other events including working with agency vendors and internal resources. This role will be responsible for learning and using marketing automation (Pardot) to generate digital marketing programs to assist marketing managers in region product launches, lead follow up and lead generation campaigns. The US&C Marketing Specialist will become familiar with and help manage the marketing and sales content portal, print on demand vendor system and the company content portal. As part of the region marketing team, they will collaborate with marketing managers to assist in activities and communication of those campaigns. Developing and commercializing region product promotions for field sales and channel dealers to affect company growth initiatives will be a key role. The Marketing Specialist is a critical position that works closely with field sales, region marketing, agencies and others at Carestream to help position Carestream to its target markets. The Marketing Specialist may also work with and collaborate with Account Executives, Area Vice Presidents, region business manager, channel management, sales management and product marketing managers to assist in region marketing activities.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist with channel marketing programs including marketing material creation and modification
Communicate marketing programs to channel dealer network
Learn and use marketing automation and SAP CRM to track campaigns and activities.
Develop lead nurturing programs and monitor results
Develop, commercialize, and communicate region product sales promotions.
Use company marketing content portal to assist direct sales and channel dealers in finding content to assist in effective sales efforts.
Manage and execute digital marketing programs by using internal systems, agencies and with input from marketing managers.
Coordinate region webinars, dealer meetings and manage logistics and communicate results
Assist Marketing Director and Marketing Managers with other tasks as needed

• Assisting with coordination and management of region trade shows including booth design coordination, all trade show logistics, promotional programs, lead capture and distribution
• Interfacing with the region Marketing Managers, trade show agency, and internal teams to accomplish all logistics and ensuring trade shows meet predetermined ROI strategy and goals.

• Understand and participate in supporting region marketing strategic plans and goals

Learn company CRM, assist in developing data driven marketing programs

• Attend required region team meetings and training.
• Work collaboratively with region marketing team to execute programs and communicate to other region constituents.
 

Required Skills & Education:

  • • Excellent communication and written English communication skills
    • Ability to use CRM, marketing automation and email marketing programs to generate data-driven campaigns and track results.
  • Must be proficient in the use of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) for daily use in projects.

Must be excellent at written communication and command of the English language. Writing samples will be required.
• This candidate should be a self-starter and able to provide daily self-motivation
• The position will require a close attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work
• Flexibility to accommodate varying work volume is important
• Good organizational and communication skills are paramount

Experience:
• Candidates must have a BS degree in Business or Marketing or Communications.
• Minimum 2 years in a B2B company or marketing agency environment providing marketing support is required.

• 2+ years of healthcare industry or medical imaging industry B2B experience.

Work Environment:

Remote with travel to corporate
