Position Summary:

Take ownership of customer orders once entered to ensure project is moving and on target to meet customer expectations.   This includes scheduling of installations, applicable training, warranty entitlement and timely invoicing for Dealer, Direct and Government Orders.  

Position Responsibilities:

  • Verify required information from multiple sources/functions internal and external to the company to create project schedule, planning, project management, applications specialists, customer, etc. 
  • Closely monitor customer orders to ensure projects stay on time, complete various follow up items required and resolve any issues that may arise to ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Communicate to internal and external stakeholders as necessary:  information, RDDs, changes to plan, updates
  • Set up install base required for input of FE feedback, technical support, warranty entitlement
  • Process invoice using proper revenue recognition guidelines when order ships 
  • Work within multiple IT systems for order creation, scheduling, and equipment entitlement (SAP, C4C)
  • Investigate issues, concerns or questions and provide a timely response
  • Process trade in credits and returns 
  • Strive for Perfect Order Fulfillment 
  • Scheduling of demos equipment/rotation as needed 

Required Skills & Education:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook   
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication 
  • Ability to professionally interact at multiple levels/departments within Carestream and external organizations
  • Ability to recognize and rearrange priorities as necessary during high peak volume periods
