Position Summary:

 •            Back up Regional Sales Compensation Manager as needed

•             Interact with Sales associates to explain and assist in the understanding of sales performance, commission calculations, quota assignment, and reporting

•             Data accuracy in support of the design, administration, coordination, and execution of the variable compensation program for the Americas (US&C and LATAM) region

•             Extensive auditing of all systems used for compensation processing including, SAP/C4C and Xactly

•             Develop and run compensation reports

•             Become a Compensation system “super-user” with expertise in data and analysis.

•             Annual Compensation Setup - provide system and technical support to set up new compensation quotas and plans. This is an IT yearly project working to meet deadlines to complete and process commission payments each new year

•             Manage monthly compensation process using a Microsoft Project plan for 50+ steps that are tracked working with IT and compensation team

•             Work directly with IT, Finance, WW Comp Team, Sales Mgmt in a collaborative manner

•             Manage monthly data error tracking—analysis and corrective action follow up for compensation

•             Develop models, templates, Excel spreadsheets and Access queries

•             Provide training to Business Operations Center on support processes, system configuration work and oversee quality metrics, ensuring continuous improvement throughout.

Required Skills & Education:

 5+ years of Business Operations Experience and Processes that includes order to cash process

Must have advanced level skills with Excel

Strong expertise in SAP including Master Data and Order to Cash process

Full English language

Must have strong organizational, time management skills, attention to details and ability to problem solve

Bachelors degree

Desired Skills:

Experience in a healthcare Sales environment

SQL program/rules

Some experience managing compensation/commission plans for Sales reps

Work Environment:

Hybrid: Office/remote
