Compensation $90,000 to $120,000 salary depending on experience and education.

*This range reflects Carestream’s good faith estimate to pay fairly as starting wage. Offers will be tailored within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process, as well as geographic market differentials for the position.

Position Summary:

Carestream Health is searching for a talented Customer Service, Medical Imaging Project Manager with experience in X-Ray/DR and R/F implementations and turnkey construction at customer sites.

 

Position Responsibilities:

This position is remote with travel throughout US for implementations at customer sites or accompanyinig DR sales at customer sites. They will be Involved in both pre-sales (site assessments, risk assessment) and post-order execution.
The Project Manager will use their experience in X-ray suite design, patient workflow, sales consulting, construction management, install planning and management, Turnkey and management to direct X-ray/DR implementations installs.
Ownership of the full implementation lifecycle after sales order is received from order review through site preparation, delivery, installation, calibration, training, and go-live
Monitor construction progress; coordinate electrical, mechanical, structural, and address site-readiness issues.
Coordinate with hospital facilities, general contractors, architects, sales, service, manufacturing and applications teams.
Manage schedules, risks, and multiple concurrent projects.
Drive revenue recognition through timely, high-quality installs.
Accountable for project delivery milestones and schedules as well as overall project execution through complete implementations
Projects will range from one-off in small outpatient clinics to multi-room implementations in large teaching institutions, all with existing retrofit, new construction and Turnkey implementations.
The Project Manager is the “face of the project” and will be the single point of contact for all matters related to the project, interfacing with all areas of the business both internally and externally impacted by the project and its deliverables.

Required Skills & Education:

  • BS in Engineering and/or Construction Project Management.
  • Minimum 7 years of successful project management experience, preferably in medical devices and healthcare sites
  • Clinical experience in radiography / medical imaging, strong understanding of digital radiographic X-ray systems, PACS, Networking, and clinical workflows.
  • Ability to work with contractors, facilities teams, and internal Carestream resources. Ability to articulate site requirements to all trades.
  • Ability to read blueprints; CAD knowledge a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
  • Experience leading cross functional teams and managing competing priorities.
  • Strong customer-facing and issue resolution skills
  • Expert use of MS Office including Excel.

  • Experience in Turnkey development, management and implementation.
  • Disciplined in forecast, funnel and time management.
  • Fosters teamwork; strives to maintain an environment of openness, trust and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Understanding of Radiology/Clinical workflow.

Remote – Ideally located on Mid-Atlantic Coast – DC, Maryland,  Virginia, Carolinas
