Currently, we are looking for passionate Technical Program Manager that would like to join our Windsor, Colordo team.

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) leads projects and programs at various stages of the product life cycle.  The person in this role collaborates with business development teams to assess innovation ideas, leads technical resources through commercialization processes, and enables continuous improvement on products through end of life. 

The TPM is responsible for the organization, planning, implementation, control and evaluation of project/program plans.  The TPM is ultimately responsible for maximizing return on investment and driving schedules to deliver technical and business objectives. 

To be successful, the TPM excels at managing projects/programs both large and small.  They are skilled at organizing technically diverse resources across multiple geographies and communicating effectively at all levels of the organization.  The TPM is passionate, demonstrates accountability, and teaches/mentors as needed to enable program milestones.  Standard work for the TPM includes demonstration of good design for excellence (e.g., manufacturing, service, sustainability, etc.) practices in all they deliver.

Carestream Colorado EPT Rules

Carestream, in compliance with Colorado EPT Rules is offering a very competitive salary of $90-135K as well as an Annual Incentive Plan. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range and benefits may be modified in the future. Required Skills & Education:

  • BA or BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar. 
  • Preferred advanced degree in one of the above disciplines
  • Experience level:  5+ years as a technical program manager or similar
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States
  • Required Background:
    • Program and project management including resource and cost estimation
    • Manufacturing product and/or process engineering
    • Product and/or process development
    • Competency in technical writing
    • Communication experiences with all levels of an organization: shop floor to C-suite

    • Flexible polymeric substrates and films, coated media product development, BOPET
    • Medical device manufacturing including quality and regulatory systems
    • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
    • Project management certification
