Position Responsibilities:

1.           Lead to Order & Order to Cash Processes
•             Oversees Lead to Order Process in Country
•             Participates and leads the daily Morning Markets: Sales - Logistics - AR - Planning - Warehouse - Customer Service
•             Manages and follows up on daily opportunities linked to the Logistic schedule
•             Follows up with Sales team on collecting dealers and customer contracts and advanced payments for either sales deals or investment units
•             Follows up on materials creation/setup and progress of import permits and product registration
•             Follows up on Shipped-Not-Billed items, Slow Moving Inventory (update report with status per consignment, follow up on actions to reduce SNB and SMI with owners)
•             Resolves daily urgent requests related to sales orders, customers, or functions
•             Supports Marketing in the coordination of equipment shipments for trade shows
•             Requests to service team to check equipment after demonstrations, trade shows and follows up on service recommendations if something is missing or needs to be repaired
•             Creates requests for credit notes, internal usage product and other administrative notes for distributors or end customers
•             Analyze current Sales and Sales Operations processes for improvements. Documents coordinates implementation with appropriate function
•             Supports in any activity upon request of LATAM Sales Ops Manager or CBM): i.e. GTM changes
•             Request creation/updates (master data) to customer accounts through CMR process
•             Setup and maintain pricing data for distributors and direct end customers
2.            Tool adoption and skills enhancement
•             Supports Sales team and distributors to solve issues/questions on CRM & quotation tool
•             Owns CRM and quotation tool (BMI) adoption improvement plan and training
•             Escalates cases related to CRM and BMI to solve new requests, problems or maintenance
•             Develops and execute CRM reports to track funnel load, statistics and quality metrics
3.            Country Operating Mechanism/ Forecast Accuracy
•             Participates in S&DP meetings and provides insights based on analysis of information and knowledge of ongoing deals owned by the sales team
•             Participates in Sales follow up meetings and regional estimates meetings, and backs up the LATAM’s Sales Operations Manager if required
4.            Reports and Information quality
•             Runs, updates, improves and/or designs sales/other reports, and performs analysis of data
•             Runs CRM Weekly & Monthly funnel & quality reports 
5.            Provides backs up for other Sales Operations and Government Sales support team in Mexico or LATAM countries

Required Skills & Education:

 •            Advanced English – Native Spanish
•             Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IT or Science
•             Advanced Excel, and good knowledge of Word and PPT and IT skills: to use/learn SAP, Sales Quoting Tool (BMI), CRM (C4C)
•             Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into management information with focus on changes in business environment and key performance indicators measurement
•             Problem solver and capability to pro-actively lead corrective actions rigorously, results oriented and ability to cope with rapid changes and working towards tight deadlines and correctly setting priorities.
•             Excellent communication skills at local and executive leve

Desired Skills:

•             Experience using SAP and CRM - at least 1 year

•             Interpersonal skills – team working, networking, and influencing

Compensation

$21.00/hour with a $1.50/hour shift differential. This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus, 401K match, and overtime opportunities. This is a good faith estimate for this position only and is pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay will vary and may be above the listed payrate based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
