Compensation

Position Summary:

The Visual Communications Specialist is responsible for executing the company’s visual communications strategy across key brand touchpoints, ensuring a strong, consistent, and compelling brand presence in market.

This role serves as a highly capable individual contributor reporting directly to the Marketing Director and is responsible for translating brand strategy into high-quality visual assets across digital, print, presentation, event, sales enablement, and internal communication channels.

This person will play a central role in the execution of the brand refresh program, helping bring the refreshed brand identity to life across all priority materials and experiences. In addition, the role will own the organization, consistency, and usability of visual marketing collateral in Content Hub, ensuring teams can easily access current, on-brand materials.

The ideal candidate is a strong designer with excellent execution skills, creative range, sound judgment, and the ability to work across multiple projects with speed, consistency, and attention to detail.

This person should be highly design-driven, innovative, and practical—capable of turning strategy into polished visual communications that elevate the brand at every touchpoint. Visual Brand Execution Execute high-quality visual communications across all major brand touchpoints, including marketing campaigns, brochures, sales collateral, presentations, digital assets, events, email, web content, social media, and internal communications.

Translate brand strategy, messaging, and campaign objectives into compelling creative assets that are visually strong, clear, and aligned with the company’s brand standards. Ensure the brand is represented consistently, professionally, and effectively across all channels and audience-facing materials.

Apply strong design fundamentals including layout, typography, color, image selection, hierarchy, and composition to create best-in-class marketing materials. Brand Refresh Program Execution Support and execute the rollout of the company’s brand refresh across key materials, templates, campaigns, and communication touchpoints.

Adapt existing collateral to the refreshed visual identity and help prioritize updates across the most visible and business-critical assets. Maintain brand consistency throughout the refresh process and help identify gaps, outdated materials, and opportunities to improve overall brand expression. Support the development and application of updated visual standards, templates, and design guidelines as needed.

Content Hub Governance & Collateral Management Maintain a consistent, organized, and efficient repository of marketing communications collateral in Content Hub. Ensure all materials in Content Hub are current, properly categorized, brand-compliant, and easy for internal teams to find and use. Improve asset naming, tagging, metadata, version control, and content organization to increase accessibility and usability.

Partner with marketing and commercial teams to retire outdated materials and upload refreshed or newly approved assets in a timely manner.

Creative Production & Collaboration Partner closely with the Marketing Director and other internal stakeholders to understand project needs, business priorities, and communication objectives. Manage assigned design projects end to end, from creative intake and concept exploration through revisions, final production, and delivery.

 Balance multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality, responsiveness, and execution.

Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, external vendors, and other contributors as needed to deliver integrated and effective communications. Prepare final production-ready files for print, digital, presentation, and other deployment formats. 

Position Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Creative Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality brand, collateral, campaign, and multi-channel design work
  • Must have fluent english verbal and written communication skills Able to translate brand direction into polished, practical, high-quality execution
  • Organized and disciplined in managing files, templates, collateral, and brand consistency
  • 7 Years of experience as Graphic Designer or Creative manager
