Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Content Specialist to join our team. The primary function of this role is to manage and optimize web content using our enterprise Sitecore Content Management System (CMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web content management, front-end web development, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure our web presence is engaging and up-to-date.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create layouts and style of web pages and incorporating content provided from business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, program leadership and development teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives
  • Create emails, landing pages, and forms using a CRM platform to support marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all web content is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with the company’s voice and style
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web content and functionality
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in web content management and digital marketing

Required Skills & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Web Development and /or related technologies
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic web development skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, using online collaborative tools
  • Proven experience with Sitecore or similar enterprise CMS platforms
  • Strong understanding of web content management principles and best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with Marketing, Communications, or a related field a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools
